Konnor defeated Rhyno

The Ascension vs. Bobby Roode and Chad Gable

We go to the ring and out comes Bobby Roode and Chad Gable. Back to commercial.

Back from the break and The Ascension is out next, Konnor and Viktor. Konnor takes the mic and sends a warning before the bell. Back and forth to start. Gable ends up coming in and hitting a missile dropkick on Konnor. Gable covers for the pin but Konnor presses him out of the ring. Gable comes back in and Viktor levels him for a 2 count. Viktor unloads on Gable in the corner now. Viktor with a 2 count. The Chicago fans start chanting for CM Punk now.

Konnor tags back in as they keep the beatdown on Gable going. Roode finally gets the hot tag and unloads. He drops Konnor off the apron and keeps the momentum building on Viktor. Roode with a Blockbuster. Konnor charges but Gable sends him out. Viktor blocks the Glorious DDT but runs into boots in the corner. Gable tags in as Roode looks to put Viktor away. Roode looks confused. Gable hits the German suplex and holds the bridge to pin Viktor for the win.

Winners: Bobby Roode and Chad Gable

Bobby Roode says that Konnor is the size of a grizzly bear but he has faced all sizes of opponents in his career.

Konnor says Bobby Roode might have experience on his side but the mentor will fall like the student. He tells Chad to shield his eyes instead of seeing what he does to Bobby Roode.

Bobby Roode (with Chad Gable) versus Konnor (with Viktor)

Roode with punches and chops to Konnor. Roode with a kick and another chop followed by a drop kick to the knee. Konnor backs Roode into the corner but Roode with a boot. Roode runs into Konnor and goes down. Konnor with boots in the corner. Konnor gets a near fall after an elbow drop. Konnor rakes the eyes and the referee warns Konnor. Konnor gets a near fall. Konnor with a reverse chin lock. Konnor with a forearm to the back and he misses an elbow drop when Roode moves.

Roode with a drop toe hold that sends Konnor into the turnbuckles. Roode goes up top and hits a clothesline. Roode with kicks to the leg followed by chops. Roode with a running forearm and clothesline into the corner. Konnor with an Irish whip but Roode with boots to Konnor and Roode with a Blockbuster. Viktor knocks Gable down outside the ring and Roode hits Viktor on the apron. Konnor hits Roode from behind and hits a Dominator for the three count.

Winner: Konnor

Konnor vs. Chad Gable

We go to the ring and Chad Gable is in the ring with Bobby Roode. We get a sidebar video recorded earlier from the two, who are all about WWRD (What Would Roode Do?). The Ascension is out next, Konnor with Viktor. We also get a sidebar video with Konnor warning Gable.

The bell rings and Konnor goes to work on Gable, beating him around the ring. Konnor whips Gable hard into the corner and he goes down. Konnor with a 2 count. Konnor cuts Gable off and keeps him down. They end up in the opposite corner and Roode offers a distraction, allowing Gable to perform the armbar on the ropes. It’s broken but Gable keeps fighting.

Gable looks to bring Konnor down again as he mounts offense. Gable with a running kick and another. Gable with a German suplex for a close 2 count. They end up in the corner again and Gable goes for a moonsault but has to land on his feet. They run the ropes and Konnor levels Gable in the middle of the ring. Konnor ends up hitting a modified gutwrench powerbomb for the pin.

Winner: Konnor

After the match, The Ascension looks on from the ramp as we go to replays. Roode hits the ring to check on Gable.

Chad Gable (with Bobby Roode) versus Viktor (with Konnor)

Viktor with a take down but Gable with a single leg take down into a side head lock. Gable with a shoulder tackle. Viktor goes for a leg sweep but Gable moves. Viktor with chops in the corner. Viktor with an Irish whip and Gable floats over. Gable with an arm drag. Gable with a butterfly suplex and bridge for a near fall. Gable is sent to the apron and Viktor tries to distract the referee to allow Konnor to interfere but it fails. Viktor with a running Canadian lifter for a near fall.

Viktor with more Canadian Lifters and chops. Viktor with a back drop and he gets a near fall. Viktor with a top wrist lock and chin lock. Gable with punches but Viktor with a knee. Viktor with a chop and he sends Gable into the turnbuckles. Viktor puts Gable on the turnbuckles and chops him. Gable with an arm bar in the ropes and then he goes back up to the turnbuckles. Gable leaps over Viktor and hits a running cross body and exploder. Gable listens to Roode and hits another Exploder. Gable with a cross body that sends both men over the top rope but Gable lands on the apron.

Gable with a cannonball off the apron and then he goes up top and hits a missile drop kick. Konnor’s interference fails and Gable with Chaos Theory for the three count.

Winner: Chad Gable

After the match, Konnor sends Gable into Roode and both men are down.

Konnor takes the mic and he says a flash in the pan who couldn’t make it in the singles division and a sawed-off duck butt.

Match Number Two: Bobby Roode and Chad Gable versus Konnor and Viktor

Gable and Viktor start things off and Gable with two overhead belly-to-belly suplexes. Gable with a German suplex to Konnor and then to Viktor. Gable with a German suplex to Viktor. Roode tags in and he sends Viktor into the turnbuckles. Roode with a suplex for a near fall. Konnor tags in and he kicks Roode in the corner. Viktor tags in and they double team Roode and get a near fall. Viktor with a reverse chin lock. Roode with a punch but Viktor with a forearm and leaping fist drop for a near fall.

Konnor tags in and hits an elbow drop for a near fall. Konnor with a reverse chin lock. Konnor with a knee and forearm before tagging Viktor back in. Viktor with kicks and he gets a near fall. Viktor with a reverse chin lock. Roode with punches and elbows but Viktor with a forearm and punches. Gable makes the tag and he connects with forearms. Gable with a cross body and then he drop kicks Konnor to the floor. Gable with an exploder to Viktor and then Gable is sent to the apron but he hits a cannonball onto Konnor.

Gable with a missile drop kick to Viktor. Gable with Chaos Theory to Viktor for the three count.

Winners: Chad Gable and Bobby Roode

The Ascension vs. Heath Slater & Rhyno

Slater and Viktor lock up. Slater backs Viktor into the corner. Viktor punches Slater. Slater connects with a flying forearm to Viktor. Slater eventually strikes Konnor several times. Konnor dumps Slater over the top rope to the outside. Rhyno sends Konnor out of the ring. Viktor rolls Rhyno up for a two count. Rhyno hits a spine-buster on Viktor. Rhyno pins Viktor for the win.

Winners: Heath Slater & Rhyno

Slater locks in a waist lock on Kanellis. Kanellis and Slater exchange wrist locks. Kanellis kicks Slater. Rhyno eventually elbows Kanellis in the face. Kanellis ducks a clothesline attempt by Rhyno. Rhyno hits a spine-buster on Kanellis. Konnor and Viktor break up a pinfall attempt by Rhyno on Kanellis. Slater comes into the ring. Konnor sends Slater out of the ring. Rhyno clotheslines Konnor and Viktor out of the ring. Kanellis superkicks Rhyno. Gable rags in and ascends the turnbuckles. Kanellis runs towards Gable, Gable jumps over him from the top rope. Gable hits a Rolling German Suplex on Kanellis. Gable pins Kanellis for the win.

Winners: Chad Gable, Rhyno & Heath Slater

Heath Slater, Rhyno, & Chad Gable defeat Mike Kanellis & The Ascension

Mike Kanellis, The Ascension, Zack Ryder, Curt Hawkins, Rhyno and Heath Slater are backstage in the locker room doing nothing. Mojo Rawley walks in and says he knows they have been watching what he’s doing. He’s not behind a keyboard, he’s right here. He talks about recent beatings he’s given to No Way Jose and Tyler Breeze. Mojo gets in Ryder’s face but Bobby Roode walks in mocking him. Roode asks Mojo if he has a problem with him. Mojo asks what if he does, is Roode going to catchphrase him into submission? Roode attacks and they start brawling until Superstars separate them.

Chad Gable & No Way Jose vs. The Ascension (Konnor & Viktor)

Gable and Viktor lock up. Viktor locks in a wrist lock, Gable takes him to the mat. Gable eventually tags Jose in. Jose strikes Konnor. Jose clotheslines Viktor. Jose connects with a big boot to Konnor. Jose hits a modified arm-drag on Viktor. Jose clotheslines Viktor in the corner. Jose hits a Flap Jack on Viktor. Konnor breaks up a pin attempt by Jose on Viktor. Gable hits a Senton from off the apron on Konnor at ringside. No Way Jose hits a Pop-Up Punch on Viktor. Jose pins Viktor for the win.

Winners: Chad Gable & No Way Jose
